First Course

Steamed Mussels   In a white wine garlic cream sauce with duck fat fries and truffle mayo

Vegetable Eggroll    Fresh vegetables, wild rice and Asian seasoning served with garlic chili sauce

Beer Battered Cod    With cauliflower mac and cheese bites gruyere cheese fondue

Brasserie Platter  With smoked kielbasa, whole grain mustard, potato pierogis, cornichons

Second Course

Caesar Salad With Kalamata olives, roasted peppers and garlic croutons

New Orleans Clam Chowder   Andouille sausage, bacon, potatoes, clam broth

Spinach Salad With sliced strawberries, candied walnuts and gorgonzola cheese

Iceberg Salad   Deviled eggs, apple wood bacon, tomato wedges, blue cheese and ranch dressing

Third Course

Stuffed Pork Loin   With prosciutto, mozzarella and spinach topped with fresh shallots and baby Portobello mushrooms drizzled with a balsamic and fig glaze, whipped potatoes and asparagus

Grilled Salmon   Topped with jumbo lump crabmeat and asparagus served over red pepper risotto

Swordfish Provencal   With tomatoes, Kalamata olives and garlic served with whipped potatoes and green beans

Eggplant Parmesan   Panko crusted eggplant fried and served with tomato confit, asparagus and mozzarella cheese and basil pesto

Chicken Carbonara   Tender medallions of sautéed chicken with peas, bacon and Parmesan cheese over fettucine pasta
