Four Course Dinner – $35.00*

First Course

Chilled Gazpacho with farm fresh vegetables, garlic, cilantro and lime topped with grilled shrimp bruschetta

Iceberg Salad deviled eggs, apple wood bacon, jersey tomato wedges,blue cheese, ranch dressing

French Onion Soup with Flying Fish lager and gruyere cheese crouton

Caesar Salad, with kalamata olives, roasted peppers and garlic croutons

Blackened Chicken Egg Roll with jersey tomato, corn, cheddar cheese and a cilantro-dijon dipping sauce

Second Course

Macadamia Nut-Dusted Mahi Mahi – Jasmine rice and sautéed pineapple on a mild curry sauce

Pan Seared Local Scallops over parsnip risotto, roasted corn, lobster broth and spring peas

Sautéed Skate Wing, with cauliflower, croutons, bacon and blistered cherry tomatoes

BBQ Atlantic Salmon with avocado melon salsa, fried kale chips and Jersey corn fritters

Third Course

Southwestern Braised Beef Short Ribs with local peppers,cilantro, lime and served over creamed corn and rock shrimp whipped potatoes

Balsamic BBQ’D Steak Tips rustic farm fresh vegetables,crispy potato cake & blue cheese fondue

Sunday Gravy: Jersey tomato sauce made with braised Lamb,Pork and Beef served over potato gnocchi
