Monday, October 20th to Friday, October 24th. 

Four Course Dinner – $35.00*

First Course

Fall Minestrone with smoked ham hocks, butternut squash,
white beans, and spinach

Iceberg Salad with deviled eggs, apple wood bacon, tomato wedges,
blue cheese, and ranch dressing

French Onion Soup with Flying Fish lager and gruyere cheese crouton

Caesar Salad with kalamata olives, roasted peppers and garlic croutons

Arugula Salad black beans, butternut squash, cranberries,
goat cheese and candied pecans

Second Course

Beer Battered Cod with cauliflower mac and cheese and parsnip remoulade

Pan Seared Local Scallops over parsnip risotto, roasted corn,
lobster broth and spring peas

Sautéed Skate Wing with cauliflower, croutons, bacon and
blistered cherry tomatoes

Salmon Rosettes with spaghetti squash and potato latkes
bacon and spinach vinaigrette

Third Course

Veal Blanquette and Sweetbreads with blend of quinoa and couscous

Pork Chop stuffed with dried apricots, cranberries and
apple cider reduction

Pretzel Crusted Beef Schnitzel with caraway and onion buttered noodles and
sunny side egg

Duck Breast with butternut squash cannelloni, blackberry sauce

Sautéed Chicken Breast bone in airline chicken breast, red pepper maple syrup,
and sweet potatoes
